Return & Refund Policies

At BondGleamCraft, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation

If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to help you change or replace the items in your order.

Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for canceled orders. Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items returned not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after the approved return period

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
